 Thank you for your interest in our breeding program. Please fill out the application completely with as much info as possible to help us in making our decision. If you have special needs, feel free to detail them for us, we are always happy to work with all situations!
We spend many hours a day reviewing applications so in fairness of our time, we ask that only Serious Inquiries submit applications.
NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR 2011::
Due to an increasing issue with Veterinarians not following our vaccination recommendation of NOT administering Lepto, (due to adverse reactions), we are now requiring all families to locate a vet that understands and is up to date with info about this vaccine, prior to us shipping or delivering your puppy.

Uptown Dogs
We require a deposit at time of approval to ensure placement on the waiting list. We cannot hold a puppy until a deposit has been made, so be sure you are certain about the decision to bring home a new puppy, they can be with you for over 15 years!
NOTE:: There are RARE occasions that the litter is smaller than anticipated. or a breeding does not result in a pregnancy. Your waiting list is based on the average of 4- 6 pups per litter which has been the case 98% of the time. If you are on a future list and there are more than 6 pups in an earlier litter, you can choose to move to that list and receive your puppy earlier. On that RARE occasion that there are only 2 or 3 pups or a planned breeding does not result in a pregnancy, you will be moved to the next waiting list of your choice. (approximately a 4 month wait). This is BEYOND Uptown Dog's control but it can happen. Please make sure you read have read our ADOPTON POLICY PAGE and understand this BEFORE You submit your deposit. There will be NO refunds and NO exceptions.
